~ New Mailbox Design ~ |
With the adoption of a new mailbox design:
- Existing Homeowners may keep their wooden mailbox post until December 31, 2025 provided the post is well maintained.
- New Homeowners have 30 days after closing to replace the wooden mailbox post with the new standard or submit an ACC request for a stone/masonry mailbox.
